Our therapist make sure that a comprehensive background of your injury is taken and ensure to understand the specific demand of your sports or hobbies. Enabling specific treatment and rehabilitation plans are in place for you. Our aim is to get you back to what you enjoy doing without any pain and minimizing the risk of re-injury.


We focus on identifying the dysfunctions causing your injury and look to correct these during your treatment and rehabilitation allowing you to return in stronger and more efficient than you were priory injury.


All our therapist have a broad knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries with experience in the highest level of English professional football including premier League. We understand how disappointing it is when you are not participation in sports, so we ensure we get you back stronger quickly and safely.


Your First Visit

  • What to Expect during your first visit

    Your initial assessment is very dependent on why you have come to see us, it will last about 1 hour and consist of a subjective assessment, physical assessment, diagnosis & treatment as required. Furthermore we will also advise you on how to manage your symptoms and a guide of your recovery time.

  • Subjective assessment

    Firstly we will ask you questions relation to you injury, past medical history and general health to help us understand your condition whilst also ensuring we obtain what your treatment goals are, to ensure your plan is tailored specifically to you.

  • Physical Assessment

    Following the subjective assessment, we use different assessment techniques to ensure a correct diagnosis is made. Allowing us to understand the causative factor of your problem.

  • Diagnosis & Treatment

    Finally we will explain you diagnosis to you using visual aids, breaking down reasons you are getting the pain and how we came to this conclusion so you have a clear idea of what is happening. Furthermore we will also advise you on treatments and devise rehabilitation exercise for you to do at home. Providing you with demonstrations and coaching points, so you have a clear understanding of what you are doing before leave.
